1 jar spicy salsa
Salt and pepper to taste
1 diced avocado
¼ cup sour cream
5 tbsp cilantro
4 oz. tortilla chips
Heat up the salsa in a skillet.
Crack the eggs on top of the salsa. Season to taste.
Transfer the salsa and eggs to individual dinner plates.
Serve with the tortilla chips, sour cream, avocado, and cilantro.
