For the mojo: blend the unpeeled garlic, the lemon juice, the pepper, the sea salt, the Huichol Habanero sauce and perfectly to obtain a paste.Cut the shrimp in half lengthwise with everything and the shell. Wash them under running cold water and put them in a large bowl. Pour the previous mixture and integrate perfectly. Let marinate for 5 minutes.Heat half the oil in a large skillet and fry half the shrimp for 10 minutes or until they change color. Empty into a deep plate.Heat the remaining part of the oil and fry the rest of the shrimp for 10 minutes and empty into the previous plate.
